Heart & Home Senior Care was founded in 2002 by Laura Mansfield. As the Founder of Heart & Home, Laura was committed to making a difference in the lives of others by providing quality in-home healthcare services. In order to meet her clients' needs for additional services as well as serve all age groups, Heart & Home recently became part of the Freedom Home Healthcare family. We are excited by this change and our new name reflects our expanded mission. We now provide home health aide and private duty skilled nursing serivces for people of all ages. Additionally, we now offer service throughout New Jersey.
Our personalized and caring service enables people of all ages to continue the routines and activities they enjoy while remaining in the comfortable surroundings of their home. Equally as important, our service provides peace of mind to family members who know that their loved one's care is being provided by professionals who specialize in meeting the needs of seniors, adults, and medically fragile children.
