After an initial phone conversation to discuss the services you are considering, we suggest scheduling a complimentary, no-obligation, in-home assessment. The assessment is your personalized fact-finding opportunity to meet a member of our management team and ask any questions you may have. The assessment also gives us the opportunity to gather a variety of information on your personal history, lifestyle, medical conditions, capabilities, and limitations.

During our assessment, we will review the services that we offer, discuss scheduling options, and review our policies and fee structure. Our goal is to answer any questions you may have and help you gather whatever information you need to make the important eldercare decisions that are facing you.

After the Assessment:

Prior to commencing service, we will develop a personalized plan of care and service schedule tailored to meet your needs. We will then review the recommended plan of care with you and tell you about the caregiver we have chosen for you. At any time, the plan of care, service schedule, or caregiver can be changed to better suit your needs. Ultimately, the services you have selected are clearly summarized for you in a Service Agreement.

Occasionally, there are situations where we determine that home care is not the appropriate solution. Rest assured that in those cases where our services are not the solution for your elder-care needs, we will work with and your family to find the right solution.
