When inquiring about our services, you will speak with Laura Mansfield, the owner of Heart & Home Senior Care, or Janice Jaep. Janice is responsible for Staffing and Client Relations at Heart & Home and has firsthand experience as a family caregiver who provided hospice care for her parents. Laura and Janice know that choosing the right home care provider is an important and personal decision and that the information gathering process can be time consuming. We will take the time to get to know you, and want you to take your time to get to know Heart & Home. We will never try to "sell" you on our services. Throughout our initial conversations and our face-to-face meetings, we want to earn your trust and confidence in our ability to deliver the personalized care and assistance that you feel is right for your elderly loved one.

Focus on Quality:

While we talk with many of our clients and caregivers each week, we recognize the importance of receiving regular feedback from our clients. Every other month we will schedule a time, at your convenience, to meet with you to conduct our quality assessment survey to ensure sure that you are satisfied with every aspect of our service. Additionally, we conduct periodic "spot checks" to make certain that everything is running smoothly. You will find us to be extremely responsive to your needs throughout the course of our relationship. We are always prepared to listen to your concerns and are committed to your complete satisfaction. We will work tirelessly to achieve and maintain it!

Follow the Letter of the Law:

Heart & Home Senior Care is licensed by the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs. State licensing requires that we adhere to specific practices in almost every aspect of our business. These requirements were put in place to safeguard the interests of our seniors. Some agencies might be tempted to cut corners to be able to fill a case more quickly.
